Sustainability

Sustainability

Our sustainability policy requires that we actively seek to minimise the impact of our business operations on the environment, whilst creating a safe and healthy workplace for our staff.

Our hybrid working model ensures that we are able to minimise unnecessary travel when delivering client work, in turn reducing unnecessary carbon emissions. This is embedded by our use of video-conferencing technology to deliver expedient and environmentally friendly communication between us. The use of Suralink significantly reduces the need to print information as we use this platform to request electronic copies of documents

Examples of our environmental commitments include:

  • Where we have the ability to choose, we source the electricity for our offices from a supplier which sources its electricity exclusively from renewable sources;
  • Our company vehicles are fully electric;
  • Where paperless administration is not possible due to regulatory requirements, we procure recycled stationery and use as sparingly as possible;
  • Where possible, we used refurbished IT equipment and recycled office furniture rather than buying new and source from local suppliers to minimise carbon emissions from unnecessary transport; and
  • Our staff are encouraged to unsubscribe from email distribution lists – every email that is sent has an energy cost associated with it from energy-intensive data centres around the world.

In our commitment to continually improve our environmental performance we regularly reassess these measures and pursue further sustainability opportunities within our business practices to help our staff, our clients and our planet.
